Intro to Cedar Strip Canoe Building

Thanks everyone! Sorry, our 2019 CLASS IS FULL.
Join boatbuilder and instructor Rick Crook of Oyster Bay Boats and learn cedar strip boatbuilding techniques at Sarah Wray Hall Tuesday evenings starting January 8, 2019 until mid-March. The class project will be to build an 11.5-foot cedar strip canoe, which will be raffled off as a fundraiser for the Pender Harbour Living Heritage Society.
Cost: $100 per student. ($90 for members paid up to 2018). Maximum 6 students.
When: Tuesdays 7-9 pm starting Jan. 8, 2019 for 8-12 weeks
Where: Sarah Wray Hall, 4334 Irvines Landing Road, Garden Bay
