Canada Summer Jobs Program: 2018 STUDENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
The Pender Harbour Living Heritage Society invites applications for the position of Student Intern in the
summer museum at historic Sarah Wray Hall in Garden Bay. (4334 Irvines Landing Road).
Duties
The Intern will welcome visitors, respond to enquiries, assist with research and conduct routine maintenance of the hall.
Applicants should be able to work creatively and independently. Knowledge of the Pender Harbour area, enthusiasm for serving the public and a good academic record would be assets. Students with indigenous heritage are encouraged to apply.

To qualify, a candidate must be returning to a program of study in the fall at a high school, college, technical institute or university.
The Intern will be in attendance at Sarah Wray Hall between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Thursday through Sunday, July 5 - September 2, but occasionally may assist with projects off-site, such as during Pender Harbour Days (August 3-5).
Pay will be $12.65 per hour.
